How we Started…
Founded in 2016, The Assistant Room exists to transform the future of Business Support Professionals, a community too often overlooked when it comes to career investment and leadership development.
After over a decade as an Executive Assistant to C-suite leaders, our Founder Jessica Gardiner built the first-ever global platform dedicated to empowering, developing, and celebrating support professionals.
Meet Jess, founder of The Assistant Room
I started The Assistant Room in 2016 after a career as an EA supporting C-Suite executives and HNWIs. I knew assistants were the backbone of every successful business, yet our profession wasn’t being represented the way it deserved.
So, I built what I once needed and today, The Assistant Room has grown into the largest global network of Personal and Executive Assistants. With over 60,000 people engaging in what we do every day and the support of corporate companies worldwide, this is more than a community, it’s a movement redefining the future of the assistant role.
